Africa: Black and White

I really liked the PowerPoint. Each photo was unique in it's own way. I think that every photo was amazing. The photos were cute. You can tell the photographer wanted people to see a whole different perspective of Africa and just show others the beauty.

My favorite photo was the picture of the giraffe looking off into the distance. There is just the right amount of lighting. The sun hits the ground in the right way. I really like the way the tree looks on the left side of the giraffe. The tree gives the photo balance. I also like how the photo has depth and you can see different levels of the ground. You can see other animals off in the distance which makes the photo even more interesting.

a. Nick uses a Pentax 67II with only two fixed lenses.
b. To memorialize the vanishing natural grandeur of East Africa.
c. He hopes that people will understand his love for animals.
d. "The animals of Africa have a kind of hold on all our imaginations more than any other animals."
